For the 10th time that Casey Stoner managed to start on pole position and this time in the GP Japan series, rider from Australia that outperformed the toughest rival, Jorge Lorenzo.
In the qualifying session held at Motegi on Saturday (01/10/2011) afternoon local time, Stoner took pole position in the fastest time 1 minute 45.267 seconds.

These notes are nearly defeated Lorenzo started from second position, which stood at the time 0.256 seconds slower. Colleagues at the Repsol Honda Stoner, Andrea Dovizioso will start the race from third position and followed by Dani Pedrosa in fourth.
