Players L.A. Galaxy David Beckham would use painkilling injections for the ankle bone bruise before the MLS Cup final, Sunday (22/11), and is expected back fit when the game against Real Salt Lake.

Beckham, English midfielder, in a press conference after training on Friday (20/11), said he was not able to practice this week because of injuries to his right ankle but will play, even after injection. "I'm sure I will be okay for (the game) Sunday, I'll be good for Sunday," Beckham said after training in the field of artificial.

Beckham's teammate, Landon Donovan, said the midfielder had been playing in sickness or pain in the last six weeks.
